    Unfortunately we aren't receiving any data currently...

    Dear JÉRÔME

According to our records, you have a SamKnows Whitebox, however it is

not currently recording any data.

The European Commission are basing their first report on data collecting

in March and keen to have as many units as possible recording data. As

part of the SamKnows panel, we give you access to your own data via an

online reporting system, and also a monthly email report card to allow

you to compare performance and communicate with your ISP.

The unit is plug and play, with the set up simply as per:

MODEM / EXISTING ROUTER > SAMKNOWS UNIT > WIRED DEVICES

If you need any assistance connecting the device up, please do not

hesitate to email us at community@samknows.com

Also, if you do not wish to participate, and return the unit again

please drop us an email, and we will arrange for the unit to be returned

and reused.
